A Scotsman by birth, Martin Faith trained in Scotland — a discipline learned at the bench, where patience, precision, and respect for materials are not preferences but requirements. He brings more than thirty years of home-improvement industry experience to the group he founded and owns.
Those standards traveled with him. They shaped how the first company was run, how work was measured, and what was considered finished. Over time they became the shared expectation across everything the group does.

Scottish Stained Glass is the foundation of the group. It grew the way careful companies do: one project, one client relationship, and one team member at a time.
Craft brought people in. Reliability kept them. Doing what was promised, on the day it was promised, turned individual jobs into referrals, and referrals into a practice spanning custom residential glass, commercial work, religious design and restoration, with projects across the United States.
The company reports that Martin's stained glass design work now appears in more than 20,000 homes nationwide, and describes Scottish Stained Glass as the largest stained glass studio of its kind in the United States.

As the work grew, so did what clients asked for. Martin's entrepreneurial drive led to Scottish Home Improvements and Scottish Window Tinting — specialized teams, each with its own expertise, tools, and craft. Growth never meant leaving craftsmanship behind; it meant applying the same professionalism and care to new capabilities.
